Luxury Does come for a Cheap Price

My wife said, I want you to buy a bungalow within 5 years with lots of  servants and a butler...May be she was fascinated by the book ’The Remains Of The Day  by Kazuo Ishiguro’.  I said sure dear. Well that is the way Men are trained to react..May be its in our DNA. I thought, with a job as a software engineer and a decreasing salary every month(thanks to inflation), I will be able to achieve that very soon.

However, I saw an Ad by Nitesh Estates, Nitesh Melbourne Park - Welcome to Aussie Living. Ah I said , here they are with another fascinating name. But Nitesh’s management somehow wished to portray a different kinda lifestyle. I was keen on the location as it is a high growth area and had great potential for higher returns.

When I received the mailer with the details, I was astonished with the details – G + 4 villament kinda layout with loads of open space. Right on hennur road , this deal couldn't get any sweeter : The price was just unbelievable. One of the most interesting aspects was the floor plan – one of the best layouts ever designed. All the configurations did have a rich taste of luxury. You will be spoilt for choices.Every flat in this project is unique in its own way.

Another aspect was the place designated for drying clothes and ac compressors...It was a nice little space tucked away and has access  from the washroom..Wao!!...a lot of thoughts have been put into the overall project.

Its really tough to let it go once it gets a chance to get into your thoughts..

Make a wish...Time is ticking…..Good Luck J
